At Allianz, we understand that you’re heading on a family holiday to try new things and unlock a sense of adventure, which is why our travel insurance covers a number of sports and leisure activities as standard.
On dry land, you can try your hand at badminton in the hotel, take a cycling trip around the town or play golf at your local course. If you’d like to explore the ocean, you can snorkel under the waves, scuba dive to a depth of 30 metres (providing you hold a certificate of proficiency or you are diving with a qualified instructor), or go surfing. However, we do not provide cover for any professional sporting activity, any kind of racing except racing on foot, or any kind of manual work.
You can see a full list of the activities our policies automatically cover you for by checking your policy documents. Plus, we may be able to cover you for other activities that are not listed.
